Earlyssia Austin Foundation was named after the daughter of Mrs. Yolanda and the Late Earl Austin who was supposed to be STILLBORN.  She was born via emergency C-Section, eyes open, attempting to climb out & never stop moving.  EAF was organized in 2001 with a mission to help with rebuilding hope & encourage the desires of others to participate in a way to give back to the community through programs to encourage those to not give up in the future of the youth & young adults.  In the days of the past we were told it takes a village to raise a child, for those who remember that far back. 

 

EAF was renamed in 2016 to EAF P.O.O.F.F (PROTECT OUR FUTURE FAMILIES).  Programs mission of exposing students to begin to think about the importance of furthering their education upon completion of high school.  To also pursue entrepreneurship at a young age upon obtaining a degree or certificate in a field that they have trained or received an education.

EAF POOFF focuses on TALENT, INTEGRITY, SUCCESS, & THE FUTURE.  Sometimes parents & peer pressure tells the youth what to be or strive for in their life.  There are times they either end up changing their career choices late in life or the lucky ones mid-stream their education cause the worst cases they go to a job that they hate or resent.  EAF teams up with businesses & entrepreneurs in our community to educate our youth as early as possible in a career of their choice for training. POOFF is like taking some careers out on a test drive.

EAF POOFF has SORP(Success Out-Reach Program) that provides guidance & counseling to help students set career goals & keep them on track of their potential both socially & academically SORP will begin to expose students to their importance of excelling in academics as early as possible & continue to be a factor & chart their progress throughout their education.  These programs includes university tours, career days, youth rallies, cultural events, workshops designed for many talents: music, modeling, kid/teenpreneur, tutoring, after-school programs, music & multi-language lessons, stocks along with sessions to improve test taking, study skills, & time management.  Contact us for programs that may not be listed.due to also adding new programs.
